From weekend fixes to big builds, I love working with my hands and finding clever solutions that make projects easier, cleaner, and more satisfying. Now and then, I even use AI to sketch a tricky idea before I pick up a drill.
My Story
How it started
In 2020 I hit a rough patch and needed something to focus on. I grabbed an old toolbox and began fixing small things around the house. Building, solving, and creating brought me peace. I kept going, dug into tool research and product testing, and started sharing tips with friends. That’s how Trim & Tool began: real work, real effort, and a love for hands-on solutions.
Why I do this
Every guide, tool review, or DIY idea I share is here to help you work smarter, not harder. Whether you’re hanging a shelf, organizing your garage, or tackling a renovation, I want you to feel supported, inspired, and equipped.
What inspires me
Nature and simplicity are my biggest sources of inspiration. I enjoy working in calm spaces surrounded by wood, metal, and natural light. Problem-solving drives me too—that moment when you find the perfect way to get something done right. Old tools, vintage workbenches, and timeless craftsmanship keep me learning and improving.
How I create
I work from a small workshop at home. Every item and idea starts with a sketch and a clear purpose. I take my time with each review and guide to make sure it’s helpful—no fluff, no filler. Whether I’m testing a cordless drill, designing a storage hack, or building a custom shelf, it starts with a real need and ends with something useful, honest, and built to last.
